On Sunday, 16 November 2025, the event “Years Like Rain: An Evening Dedicated to Stavros Kougioumtzis” was held in the packed amphitheatre of ARTos in Nicosia.

Lyricist and writer Dr. Panayiotis Thoma spoke about the life and work of Stavros Kougioumtzis.

Songs by Kougioumtzis were performed by teachers and students of the AMusED music school.
