On Thursday, 7 September 2023, a lecture was held in the Paschalis Paschalides Auditorium of Hellenic Bank, delivered by Dr Maria Gerolemou (Johns Hopkins University) on the topic “Technological Automata and Intelligent Machines in Greco-Roman Antiquity”.

The lecture was organised by KELOPOS in collaboration with the Programme “Studies in Hellenic Culture” of the Open University of Cyprus, as part of the first series of lectures exploring various aspects of Greco-Roman antiquity.
