On Friday, 9 June 2023, as part of the Educational Conference “Teaching Literature in the Contemporary School: From Theory to Practice,” a roundtable discussion took place.

The panel included writer-educators Panayiotis Nikolaidis, Emilios Solomou, Athina Temvriou, and Maria Tziaouri Hilmer, who shared their insights and engaged in a lively dialogue with one another and with the audience on topics such as the role of literature in schools, the responsibilities of the writer-educator, and strategies for making literature lessons more creative and engaging. The discussion was moderated by the poet Efrosyni Manta Lazarou.
